Hi, I'm Justin. I'm a working flight attendant, Brooklyn born, and I've lived in New Jersey, North Carolina, and Florida along the way. Like a lot of people balancing a full-time job and bigger plans, I was doing everything myself: the website, the research, the planning, the late nights. All of it, on top of a schedule that keeps me 30,000 feet in the air half the week.
So between flights, I started putting AI to work on my own business. Not because I have a computer engineering degree (I don't... yet), but because I refused to believe that kind of leverage was reserved for big companies with big budgets. The website you're reading right now was built in about 28 hours, with AI doing the heavy lifting and me obsessing over every detail. That's the honest recipe behind ZayOS: one careful human, powered by AI, and a lot of pride in the craft.
Once it was working for me, a new question took over: how can I help others with a repeatable, proven formula?
ZayOS is my answer. It's intentionally small. A handful of clients at a time, starting close to home in New York City and North Carolina's Triangle, and growing from there. The mission is simple: give the businesses that take care of their people the same online edge the big players have had for years. A website that converts, content that compounds, and decisions backed by data.
Off the clock, you'll find me in a window seat headed somewhere new, or watching baseball (honestly, any sport will do).
